Homesprings janitorial and maintenance division, Planned Building Services, exists to make buildings cleaner and living conditions safer, resulting in healthier lives for the tenants, residents, and communities that we service.   • Manage all tenant issues: your tenants will be able to contact our office with all issues related to their lease and apartment problems that may occur.
  • 24/7 emergency repair services: if any emergency should occur at said property, our office will be contacted immediately.
  • Send monthly and year-end financial statements to property owner.
  • Snow removal: remove all snow within the required length of time according to New York City law.
  • Trash and recycling: setup all trash and recycling for pick up on correct days according to block schedule.
  • Keep sidewalks, curbs, and property surroundings clean as necessary.
  • Rent: find prospective tenants to lease property if necessary.
  • Evict tenants if necessary (additional fees apply).
  • Collect all rent and forward to property owner.

Homesprings offers 24-hour on-call repair services. We handle minor repairs and periodic maintenance. We treat each property as if it were our own, and therefore expect the highest quality work from our employed workers and our construction team.
